makesy: photography art direction

Directed photography for all makesy product launch marketing campaigns for email, web and ads. My objective was to captivate a diverse audience that spans from casual DIY-ers and hobbyists to business-minded entrepreneurs while crafting a distinctive storytelling experience within each category. Leveraging clean ingredients in beauty and skincare, highlighting scent cues in fragrances, and creating approachable candle-making and soap-making educational visuals.

Overhauled PDPs to be consistent in background color, shadows and angles and worked with the dev team to add an animated hover feature.
