chiyo: rebrand
Chiyo combines centuries-old wisdom with modern nutritional science to provide holistic support during the prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum stages with meals that embody a movement prioritizing women’s health and elevating care standards. With this mission, I rebranded Chiyo to convey the brand pillars of: Food as medicine, Female Empowerment and Accessibility. Rich colors speak to fresh ingredients from the earth, bold illustrations convey female rawness and clean typography and thoughtful layout provides ease of use to all. Rebrand included an overhaul of color, typography, illustration style, photography and packaging structure (moved from plastic to compostable). Products redesigned included shipper box & tape, printed welcome booklets, affirmation card with weekly menu and food labels.
